TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE SHOP G4SKY.NET
1. BASIC DEFINITIONS
The Buyer is a private or legal entity that intends to purchase goods on G4SKY.net.
Registered buyer is the Buyer who provided the Seller with individual information (name, e-mail address, telephone number) that can be used to process the Order many times. This information is provided during ordering.
The Seller is an organisation selling goods through an online shop located at https://g4sky.net.
The online shop G4SKY.net is an Internet site where any Buyer can have a look to the presented Products, their description and prices, choose a certain Product, a way of payment and delivery, place an Order.
The Product is a purchase object submitted for sale in G4SKY.net by placing it in the respective section of the online shop.
The Order is the placed request of the Buyer for the purchase and delivery to the notified address of the Product selected in the online shop.
The Item Number is the designation of the Product assigned by the Manufacturer (or the online shop).
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

3. REGISTRATION IN THE ONLINE SHOP G4SKY.NET
The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Buyer upon registration.

The individual identification of the Buyer allows to avoid unauthorised actions of third parties on behalf of the Buyer. 4. ORDERING AND EXECUTION OF THE ORDER

6. DELIVERY
The Seller will make every effort to comply with the date and time of delivery specified in the Order, but delays in delivery are allowed due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred not through the fault of the Seller.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Products passes to the Buyer at the time of the transfer of the Products to him and the signature of the Buyer in the documents confirming the delivery of the Order.
The Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Seller aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
7. RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS
Exchange and return of the Products is carried out according to the current legislation.
The possibility of exchange or return of the Products is agreed upon when the Buyer addresses the Seller.
8. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Buyer due to improper use of the Products purchased in the online shop G4SKY.net.
The Seller is not liable for the Buyer's losses arising as a result of:
incorrect identification of personal data;
illegal actions of third parties.
The Buyer shall be liable for the veracity of the information specified by him when registering at the online shop G4SKY.net.
The Parties shall not be held liable for full or partial failure to fulfil their obligations, if such failure was a consequence of force majeure circumstances that arose after the entry into force of the Conditions, as a result of extraordinary events that the Parties could not foresee and prevent by reasonable measures.
In other cases, not provided for under the Conditions, failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When registering in the online shop G4SKY.net, the Buyer provides information about himself: a surname, a name, an e-mail address, a phone number. The list of data required to complete the Order can be changed by the Seller unilaterally.
The Seller uses the information received from the Buyer:

to fulfil its obligations to the Buyer;
to evaluate and analyse the work of the online shop.
The Seller engages not to disclose the information received from the Buyer. The provision by the Seller of information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Seller is not considered a violation for the performance of obligations to the Buyer. Disclosure of information in accordance with reasonable requirements of the law is not considered a violation of obligations.
The Seller has the right to use technology cookies. Cookies are service information sent by the web-server to the user's computer for saving in the browser. This information is used to store data specific to the user and used by the web-server for the correct operation of the online shop G4SKY.net. Cookies do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.
The Seller receives information about the IP address of the visitor to the online shop G4SKY.net. This information is not used to identify the visitor.
The Seller is not responsible for the information provided by the Buyer on the site in a public format, for example, in the form of feedback to the Products.
10. OTHER CONDITIONS
The provisions of the current legislation shall apply to the relations between the Buyer and the Seller.
The Buyer guarantees that all the terms of these Terms and Conditions are clear to him and he accepts them in full.
In case of claims from the Buyer, he must contact the Seller at the e-mail address indicated on the website of the online shop G4SKY.net.
All the disputes the Parties will try to resolve through negotiations. In case of impossibility of failure to reach agreement, the dispute will be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation.
The invalidity or non-compliance of one of the Parties with any provision of these Conditions does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
If the Buyer does not agree with at least one of the provisions of these Terms, he is not entitled to use the online shop.
