3. In the event that the client refuses the received goods sent at our expense, then for a refund, the buyer sends back the goods at his own expense. After receiving the goods, the product is checked for integrity and the purchase amount is returned.

We are not always able to send goods within a few days after purchase. This is due to the fact that we make each product from the very beginning. It is assembled piece by piece, smoothed, sanded and painted. Each time - all scratches are applied manually (there may be a slight difference between the scratches and those in the images). It takes about a week to prepare one mask. The lasers are manually calibrated into a triangle every time. You will never receive two completely identical products from us, as it is completely handmade and high-quality work.
